This is an issue that men do not understand. I learned with my girlfriend that she needs to relax. Her idea was wearing casual/confy clothes being barefoot and wear slippers.Her own relaxing methods helped our relationship.
She would just let it fly. The important point to understand is ladies have to let
stress go. The outlet they choose we have to be supportive. PWR
